  • Pricing includes tax.
  • Requests for specific therapists incur a charge of 1100 yen (requests for Bankunmei members are free).
  • Bankunmei's Visitor rates include use of the Shiroyama Terrace Tsuyama Villa's public spa "Tsuyama Onsen Shiromi Spa" free of charge (from 1:30pm~11:30pm).
  • Pregnant people are not able to use spa services.
  • Please come to the spa five minutes before your reservation time. If you arrive late, please understand that we may not be able to extend your service to the full time.
  • If you have allergies or athlete's foot, please let us know ahead of time.
